Qualifications

• Proficiency with producing parts using CNC machinery.
• Proficiency in using standard fabrication and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprint and job order for product specs including tolerances and tooling instructions.
• Determine sequence of operations.
• Select, position, and secure tool in tool holder.
• Position and secure workpiece holding devices and fixtures.
• Position tools and work pieces for proper relation.
• Set feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
• Observe machine operation and verify conformance to specs.
