Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience working with a CNC router.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be able to safely lift parts up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand optimization programs and maintain a job library.
• Ability to describe machine issues to maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Router machine including power on/off, jog, loading of parts, unloading parts, and downloading programs.
• Read and understand optimization programs and maintain a computer work library of jobs past, present, and future.
• Perform inspection of completed parts and their adherence to quality specifications.
• Maintain paperwork flow.
• Detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain and document preventative maintenance functions.
• Other duties as required by management.
