Raydeo Enterprises is seeking a Skilled Router Operator to join the Router Department. You will operate a CNC router, follow work orders, and ensure safety and quality on every part.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of CNC router experience (3-axis, Fanuc or WoodWOP a plus), solid math skills, and the ability to read shop drawings. You may spend time on jobsites and must adhere to safety protocols and labeling processes.

Competenze

• 2+ years CNC Router experience required.
• Ability to read shop drawings and perform basic geometry.
• Proficient in identifying tooling and tool replacement.

Mansioni

• Receive and follow work orders from supervisor.
• Follow chain of command for discrepancies in orders and lists.
• Maintain budget, schedule, and quality of components.
• Retrieve .anc or .mpr files and run on CNC Router.
• Use Label It software for printing labels and applications.
• Identify standard wood tooling, replace dull tools, basic programming.
• Turn in paperwork to supervisor upon completion.
• Proficient math/geometry; read shop drawings.
