Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years CNC router operating experience required.
• Experience with 3-axis CNC routers preferred.
• Woodworking or wood fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and production docs.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC wood routing machines.
• Load/unload materials with proper fixturing and alignment.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust programs as needed.
• Record production data and machine run times.
• Perform in-process and final inspections per specs.
• Maintain tooling and keep workstations clean.
• Collaborate with supervisors, programmers, and maintenance.
