Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Machine Operator – Wood to join our manufacturing team in East Greenville, PA. You will program and operate CNC woodworking machinery, perform finishing and assembly as needed, and contribute to quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include preparing and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints and drawings, translating specs into machine instructions, loading materials, conducting test runs, and inspecting finished parts.

Qualifications

• Two year associate degree preferred.
• Background in woodworking field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and accurate math skills; CAD/CAM understanding helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC woodworking machines and perform finishing and assembly tasks as required.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine setup and process.
• Translate instructions into machine commands; load materials and set up cycles for production.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Maintain machines daily and adjust settings to optimize quality and output.
