Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1–3 years in a mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience with CNC-controlled equipment, automation, or robotic systems.
• Familiarity with precision measuring devices and quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment following work instructions, blueprints, and specs.
• Develop and adjust basic CNC programs to support production requirements.
• Adjust machine parameters and perform robot calibrations.
• Verify process capability using SPC and other control methods.
• Perform routine equipment and tooling maintenance and evaluate tooling conditions.
