Responsibilities

Ensure safety and reliability standards are met.
Improve machine availability and OEE through loss analysis and corrective actions.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and diagnose issues.
Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes.
Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy.
Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers.
