Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC programming experience in aerospace/defense/medical industries.
• Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read ASME Y14.5 GD&T drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for turning applications.
• Interpret ASME Y14.5 GD&T blueprints and CAD models.
• Select tools, holders, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Set up machines and troubleshoot processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation for CNC programs and setups.
• Pursue continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
