Job summary

Holt Technical Staffing seeks an experienced CNC Programmer for aerospace manufacturing in Billerica, MA. The role focuses on developing, verifying, and optimizing CNC programs for complex aerospace components while supporting continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities include programming 3–5 axis milling/turning, simulating operations in Mastercam, and creating setup/tool sheets and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC Programming experience.
• 3+ years of Mastercam programming and simulation experience.
• 5–10 years of machine shop experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining aerospace alloys, including Inconel and steel.
• Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with tooling selection, process planning, and manufacturing improvements.
