Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a production environment.
• Strong Edgecam programming experience.
• Experience programming 4-axis lathes, vertical and horizontal machines.
• Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mori Seiki).
• Experience maintaining routers in ERP (JD Edwards) or similar.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• Prior hands-on machinist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs using Edgecam.
• Program 4-axis lathes, vertical mills, and horizontal machines.
• Lead first-piece prove-outs and validate setup and cycle times.
• Optimize feeds, speeds, and tooling strategies.
• Support machinists during setup and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain consistent, repeatable machining processes.
• Update routers and related instructions in ERP and ECO.
