Job summary

Q2 Artificial Lift Services in the United States is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and program 4-axis lathe and 4-axis mills, reading blueprints and applying GD&T.

You will load G-code, perform test runs and first-article inspections, adjust tooling and settings to maintain tolerances, and collaborate with machinists and supervision in a hands-on shop environment. This full-time, on-site role includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PPE allowances.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a CNC Machinist preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to measure parts to verify tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new specifications on the job.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines per job specs and blueprints.
• Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Load programs into CNC machines and verify operation.
• Perform test runs and first-article inspections.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and quality.
• Study job packets, GD&T, and parameters for machining.
• Maintain specifications by monitoring tools and cycles.
• Read and troubleshoot G-code for 4-axis lathe and mills.
