Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our McLean, VA manufacturing team. You will create CNC programs, interpret drawings and CAD models, and assist in machine setup to optimize fabrication while mentoring junior members.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of CNC machining with Mastercam, strong G-code knowledge, and the ability to interpret engineering specs and tooling requirements. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Mastercam proficiency in a production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• Knowledge of tooling selection, speeds, feeds, and machining principles
• Experience assisting/leading machine setups and fixture/material arrangements
• Understanding of material properties and tool wear management
• HS diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Produce CNC programs and edit G-code for production runs

Top Requirements:
