Paper Machinery Corporation in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking a full-time CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning precision components used in forming and packaging machines.

You will review technical drawings, select tooling and strategies, write and test CNC code, and collaborate with machinists, engineers and production teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and machine controls.
• Experience with Mastercam and/or Inventor.
• Hands-on turning and milling setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to safety and quality in production.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM, G-code, and machining practices.
