Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a detail-obsessed CNC programmer to own the process from CAD/CAM to production on the shop floor.

You’ll work on plastic injection molds, program complex features, and run multiple machine tools in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. The role requires 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience with Tebis a major plus, ability to perform setups, and comfort around oils and lubricants.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years CNC programming experience; Tebis expertise a major plus.
• Hands-on background in plastic injection molds.
• Ability to perform set-ups and run precision machining operations.
• Comfort working in manufacturing with oils and lubricants.
• Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and a team-first approach.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, bend/climb, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Program 2D features and complex 3D surfaces for plastic injection molds (CAD/CAM).
• Set up and run Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines.
• Work with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
• Use laser tool setting and macros to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
