Job summary

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced CAD CAM Programmer for day shift. The role involves programming complex plastic injection molds using Tebis CAD/CAM, with exposure to aerospace work and machine controllers from FANUC and Heidenhain.

We offer flexible scheduling and premium pay based on experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Tebis experience, strong speeds and feeds calculation skills, and excellent communication within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Tebis CAD/CAM expert with 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of FANUC and Heidenhain machine controllers.
• Programming 2D and 3D on complex plastic injection molds.
• Ability to set up and program aerospace work.
• Ability to calculate speeds and feeds using SFM and chip loads.

• Tebis CAD/CAM expert with 5+ years of experience

• Excellent communication skills
