Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Programmer / CNC Programmer for a direct-hire role in Tiffin, OH. The candidate will program CNC mills from prints to produce precision parts and collaborate with a cross-functional team.

Position is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm, with overtime on Fridays. Required: machining and sheet metal experience, CNC milling setups; 5-axis programming a plus; Gibbs CAM and Trumpf Boost familiarity a plus. Strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify CAM programmable parts from prints.
• Program CNC Press Brake and Laser.
• Upload part solids and data from engineering files.
• Select proper tools, feed and speeds for parts.
• Collaborate with team members for programming needs.
• Work independently while coordinating with others.
• Handle multiple projects and cross-functional teamwork.
