Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program CNC lathes and machining centers using Mastercam and SolidWorks from drawings and models.
• Create, test, and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining and quality parts.
• Develop setup sheets and documentation to support machine operators.
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and specs to determine tooling and sequences.
• Set up machines, select tooling, adjust paths, and verify first pieces.
• Troubleshoot and modify programs to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and management on project requirements and schedules.
• Ensure programs meet engineering specs and company quality standards.
• Maintain organized program files and revision records.
• Support continuous improvement in programming methods and processes.
