Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Jackson, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop fixtures, tooling, and CNC programs for parts and assemblies. You will drive quality improvements, enhance reliability, ensure safety, and reduce costs, leveraging SolidCam and Mastercam for CNC programming.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a CAD background (SolidWorks), and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S to streamline manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience required.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Expertise with Mastercam and/or SolidCam CNC software.
• Strong in-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Develop fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies.
• Drive quality and reliability improvements while ensuring employee safety and lowering costs.
• Use Solid Cam and Mastercam to develop CNC programs.
• Create statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems.
• Ensure production processes meet customer and company requirements.
