Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist in Michigan to support contract manufacturing. You will operate CNC equipment, interpret blueprints, set up tooling, and produce components to specification on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour with shift premiums of $2.00 (2nd shift) and $1.50 (3rd shift). Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce components to specification.
• Interpret blueprints to understand shape, structure, and tooling requirements.
• Document work in an organized fashion with data and tool files stored per instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and operate machines safely to minimize waste and ensure correct offsets.
