Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing operations. This role covers work on 2nd and 3rd shifts performing setup, operation, and interpretation of blueprints.

The position offers a pay range of $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus shift premiums, with a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Two years in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints for products, dies, and fixtures.
• Document work with organized data and tool files.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools safely to minimize waste.
• Follow detailed ATL offsets and perform additional duties as needed.
