This position is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a starting pay of $18.00–$30.00 per hour plus shift premiums. Applicants should have at least two years of CNC programming or machining experience, strong data-driven decision-making, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of machining and CNC programming experience.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and checking fixtures to understand geometry.
• Document work and organize tool files per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain the planned schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drills) safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
