This is a full time, on-site position based at our Marshall, MI facility.Core Hours: 8AM-4:00PMThe expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.What you’ll do:The primary function of the CNC Programmer/Machinist is programming and machining of various products and test fixtures in support of our valvetrain, torque, eMobility and boosting product lines. This position will be focused on CNC Milling in a 5-Axis Machine Center.Complete programming and machining of various products and test fixturesSupport engineering with design feasibility reviews of product prints and fixturesCollaborate with team members on multi machine setups and operations.Using hand tools, inspection and layout equipment including Dial Indicators, Micrometers, and Optical ComparatorsPerform 5S and planned maintenance activities for the assigned work area and machine.Strict adherence to quality systems and EHS polices.Qualifications:Required Basic Qualifications:Minimum High School Diploma and/or GED from an accredited institutionMinimum three (3) years experience in CNC machining.Minimum 3 experience with mechanical blueprints, models and GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) interpretationEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Active Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree in Applied ScienceMinimum of 6 years’ experience with programming and setting up CNC machine centers.Experience with Heidenhain CNC controlsPrior experience working in an automotive settingPrevious experience with CAD/CAM software, specifically Autodesk/Powermill.Knowledge and experience with valvetrain and drivetrain components.Experience with basic design/3D modeling, CREO.
