Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing operations. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shift with pay ranging from $18.00–$30.00 per hour, plus shift premiums.

The position involves operating CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining organized documentation and materials planning. Includes a robust benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components in accordance with instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and checking fixtures to understand shape, mechanical structure, and tool and checking method operation.
• Document work in an organized fashion, with data and tool files stored in an organized directory tree per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials and resources with sufficient lead time to maintain the planned schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, saws, and drill presses, in a safe manner that minimizes material and time waste.
• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment, following a detailed instruction list for correct ATL offsets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
