Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support custom contract manufacturing. The role involves operating CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precise component production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming experience.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and fixtures to understand shape and method operations.
• Document work in an organized fashion; store data and tool files as instructed.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain the schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drills) safely.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment following ATL offsets per instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
