Rise Technical Recruitment Limited has a new opportunity in Jacksonville, FL for a 5-Axis CNC Programmer and Machinist. You will program, set up and prove out complex 5-axis parts, and work on high-precision medical components in a highly skilled machining team.

Join an established medical device manufacturer, operating 5-axis equipment, selecting tooling, optimizing speeds and feeds, and performing first-piece and in-process inspection.

Qualifications

• Experienced 5-axis CNC programmer and machinist.
• Able to program and complete full setups.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experienced in tight-tolerance precision machining.

CNC Programmer / Machinist

Are you a 5-Axis CNC Programmer and Machinist looking for a highly technical role where you can take ownership of complex components from programming through final inspection?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established medical device manufacturer where you will work on high precision components, operate advanced 5-axis equipment and play a key role within a skilled machining team.

The company specializes in manufacturing a bespoke range of medical devices. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced programmer/machinist who can join the growing team.

This position would suit someone who can independently program, set up and prove out 5-axis CNC jobs. Experience designing and manufacturing custom fixtures would be a major advantage.

The Role:
