Job summary

Cinova Medical, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a full-time, hands-on CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our manufacturing team.

You will program using Mastercam/PowerMill, create cutter paths from SolidWorks models, set up and operate CNC machines, and read blueprints to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CNC programming and setup experience, knowledge of Mastercam and PowerMill, and a strong eye for tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC programming, setup and operation
• Experience with Mastercam and/or PowerMill
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks
• Mold making or mold repair experience (injection molds strongly preferred but not necessary)
• Comfort holding tight tolerances (±0.0005\" or better)
• Willingness to work on your own as well as with the team

Responsibilities

Cinova Medical, Inc. is seeking a full-time skilled hands-on CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.

Summary:

Responsible for programming using MasterCam, creating and editing cutter paths, setting up and operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, and performing precision measurements. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts according to customer specifications and requires a strong understanding of CNC technology and lean manufacturing principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Set up, program, and run CNC machining centers
• Pick tooling, fixtures, feeds and speeds, and work holding
