Job Description

1. Read and interpret customer prints.
2. Program CNC Milling machinery to produce high-complexity, tight-tolerance parts.
3. Operate and set up CNC Milling machines.
4. Manage multiple machines simultaneously.
5. Develop programs based on prints for manufacturing.
6. Create work instructions and setup sheets.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
8. Manage timelines and commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
9. Work with engineering to develop machining standards and practices.
10. Maintain quality and delivery standards, managing open projects.

Qualifications

1. Day shift with overtime availability.
2. Experience with Gibbs and Mastercam software.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Understanding of GD&T principles.
5. Strong mathematical skills.

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 35 lbs.
