We’re seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our 2^nd shift team. We are offering a $2,500 Signing Bonus. Current openings are in our Milling, 5-Axis, and Lathe areas. You will support manufacturing high-quality parts by creating CNC programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $21 - $38/hr, depending on shift, department, and experience, plus an additional 10% shift differential. Our benefits include:

Qualifications for success:

• 3+ years experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers, CNC 5-Axis, or CNC Lathes
• Proficiency in programming with Mastercam and/or Mazatrol
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Skill in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers
• Capability to process precision parts from start to finish

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines
• Inspect own parts and maintain inspection documentation
• Perform multiple short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes
• Operate forklift (training and certification provided)
• Maintain a safe working environment
