Responsibilities include routine CNC maintenance, keeping areas clean, adhering to safety regulations, and operating the company computer system to maintain productivity and quality levels.

Mansioni

• Determine work to be performed using the company's ERP system
• Use appropriate cutting tools based on design of item to be machined
• Inspect the item to be machined for defects
• Set up item to be machined based on geometry
• Run program and observe machining process for tool wear and program performance
• Perform visual inspection of completed item to print
• Routine maintenance of CNC machines; check oil, coolant, filters and machine performance
• Keep machine and work area neat, clean and organized
• Follow all safety regulations
• Operate Company computer system
