Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a production and/or R & D environment.

Prior experience or ability to acquire knowledge of general composites fabrication technology and manufacturing processes.
Basic understanding and adaptability to learn manufacturing principles.
Proactive mindset to undertaking continuous improvement initiatives.
Possess the necessary integrity to maintain customer and project information confidentiality.
Experience with customer project liaison is desirable.
Ability to troubleshoot fabrication challenges independently and suggest creative, efficient solutions.
