Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for multi-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes.
• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements.
• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot and improve machining processes.
• Perform program prove-outs and make necessary adjustments on the shop floor.
• Ensure all programs meet quality standards, tolerances, and production timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation of programs, setups, and revisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle time, tooling, and process optimization.

Pay Range: 80K -$110K (DOE)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience in SolidWorks and Mastercam to support the programming and production of precision components for CNC mills and lathes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly proficient in CAD/CAM software, and capable of working closely with machinists and engineers to ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing processes.
