Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a position in Sacramento, CA. You will read and interpret blueprints, program Horizontal Mills and Vertical/Horizontal Lathes, and optimize large-part machining using Fusion 360 or Mastercam.

Qualifications

Proven experience programming and setting up Horizontal Mills and Vertical/Horizontal Lathes.
Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 or Mastercam (required).
Prior experience with large part machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

Blueprint Interpretation — Read and interpret technical drawings to create accurate CNC programs.
CNC Programming — Program and set up Horizontal Mills, Vertical & Horizontal Lathes for precision machining.
Large Part Machining — Apply expertise in handling large components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
CAD/CAM Utilization — Use Fusion 360 or Mastercam to design, program, and optimize machining processes.
Quality Assurance — Ensure tight tolerances and precision in machining processes.
Collaboration — Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to optimize efficiency and quality.
Safety & Organization — Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
