Responsibilities

• CNC Programming of mills, lathes, mill-turns, and grinders.
• Programming for Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain.
• Resolve process and program issues.
• Collaborate with team to provide effective cutter path support.
• Determine tooling and work-holding requirements for CNC operations.

Read and interpret blueprints

Experience using the Cartesian coordinate system

SolidWorks 3D modeling software

Manual programming in G-code

MasterCam CAD/CAM software

Vericut simulation software
