Job summary

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience, ideally 2–5 years; entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Mastercam experience is a strong plus; familiarity with G-code/M-code and CAD/CAM tools.
• Trade or associate degree in manufacturing or machining technology preferred; equivalent hands-on experience welcome.
• Manufacturing roles with troubleshooting or failure-analysis experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to review designs and provide input on CNC manufacturability.
• Support NPI machining, including setup, programming, tooling, fixtures, process documentation, and inspection criteria.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for prototype and low-volume production runs.
• Perform first-article inspections and measure parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and equipment issues; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Support process transfers to production and help maintain and calibrate CNC equipment.
• Follow safety and quality requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
