Qualifications
- Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
- Knowledge of G-code, CAM software, tooling, and machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for production needs.
- Review drawings to ensure program accuracy.
- Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for materials.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrections.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes.
- Conduct program testing and validation during setup and production runs.
- Maintain program documentation and revision records.
- Support continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
