CNC Programmer

Penmac Staffing is recruiting for a CNC Programmer on behalf of a manufacturing client in Heber Springs, AR. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering a salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with experience developing and optimizing CNC programs for precision manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, tooling selection, and process improvement.

Requirements for the CNC Programmer

• Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Knowledge of G-code, CAM software, tooling, and machining processes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening requirements
