Job summary

ALTOUSA is seeking a CNC Programmer for 1st shift to join our production team. You will program and support CNC machine setup and operation, working with existing processes and making on-the-fly adjustments as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with machines, setup, programming, G-code and CAM workflows, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role offers day shift hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience with machines, setup, and programming.
Ability to adapt CNC programs on the fly during production.
CAM experience is a plus (CAMFanuc and Haas G-code Master).

Responsibilities

Program and support CNC machine setup and operation using established processes.
Work with g-code and CAM workflows to create or refine machining programs.
Perform machine setup and ensure programs run correctly, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with the team to maintain output quality and proper documentation.
Complete pre-employment steps, including a written test and background check.
