Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience in engineering.
• 2- or 4-year Tech Degree required.
• Proficiency in Mastercam software.
• Experience with calipers and micrometers.
• Extensive knowledge of tool and die; fixtures and tooling.
• Experience with CMM for part inspection.
• Strong CNC setup and operation knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safe, clean, organized workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write precise CNC programs using Mastercam for parts and components.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Use calipers and micrometers to inspect finished products.
• Apply tool and die knowledge to fixtures and tooling.
• Use CMM equipment for part inspection and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and program issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve production processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Continually update job knowledge through education and reading.
