Our client in advanced manufacturing is seeking a CNC Programmer for 2nd shift to join the production team. You will program and support CNC setup and operations in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on machining experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established programming processes.

Shift is 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; Monday through Friday. Pre-employment steps include a written test prior to hire, with opportunities for growth and hands-on impact on daily

• Use CNC programming knowledge to support production goals while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and keep work moving during the shift.
• Complete required pre-employment steps, including a written test prior to hire.

As a CNC Programmer 2nd shift, you will be part of the production operations group, supporting day-to-day machining needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on machine experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and follow established programming and setup processes—aligning successfully in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Title: CNC Programmer 2nd shift

Pay Range: 30-38/hour

Shift: 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)

• Ability to pass a written test prior to hire.
• Willingness to follow safety and workplace expectations, including PPE requirements.
• Ability to meet background check requirements (standard 7-year background check).
