Husky Technologies is seeking a CNC Programmer for dayshift in Milton, Vermont. You will prepare, plan, and create quality CNC programs for a range of equipment, ensuring 100% quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Dependability and timeliness.
• Familiarity with CNC machines.
• Good carpentry of communication skills and teamwork.
• Capable with CAM/CNC programming software.
• Solid understanding of machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Verify manufacturing routings and communicate required changes to Process Planning.
• Create machining programs for CNC equipment using CAD/CAM system and Husky customizations.
• Use basic CAD skills to create geometry for NC tool path creation.
• Communicate with engineering for required model changes.
• Create complete documentation (setup and tool sheets) for all machining programs.
• Ensure programs are error-free through Verification/Simulation before release to floor.
• Use TeamCenter to manage machining programs.
• Attend SQDC meetings to improve performance.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and solve problems creatively.
