Job Description and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist will:

1. Write programs for CNC Mill and Lathe operations.
2. Perform setups and first piece inspections on CNC Mill and Lathe.
3. Coordinate production schedules with management.
4. Take ownership in the quality management system.
5. Maintain excellent housekeeping throughout all work areas.

The CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist is expected to be a team player, working with other Bryan Tool departments to complete projects on time and within budget. Typically, a 40-hour work week is required with occasional overtime as needed.

Our ideal candidate would have a background in CNC Machining and Programming as well as experience in CAD/CAM software, preferably Solidworks.

Requirements:

4. Mechanical aptitude.
5. Manufacturing experience.
6. Proven problem-solving ability.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION:

1. High school Diploma or GED.
2. Trade School or Equivalent Experience.
