Job summary

ACE Partners in Texas is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our established aerospace manufacturing team. You will develop and optimize programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, handling aerospace components from 10 inches to 10 feet in length.

The role involves selecting tooling and machining parameters, supporting setup machinists during prove-out and first article runs, and contributing to efficiency and production viability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and optimizing CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Ability to program aerospace components.
• Understand tooling, workholding, and cutting parameters for different materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers.
• Program complex aerospace components ranging from 10 inches to 10 feet.
• Create efficient machining strategies for prototype and production work.
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining parameters for material and geometry.
• Support setup machinists during prove-out and first article runs.
