Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US in Statesville, NC is seeking a CNC Machinist for a 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am, M-F) with a $2/hr shift differential. You will support day-to-day production in a high-precision CNC environment, lead machine setup, troubleshoot processes, and mentor operators.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC experience, blueprints literacy, ISO quality system exposure, and strong teamwork for cross-functional collaboration. ISO standards and safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of CNC machining experience.
• Setup, edit programs, operate CNC 6 axis, lathes, 4-axis mills and read blueprints.
• Hands on experience in production CNC process support.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines.
• Experience working in an ISO quality management system.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically.
• Be able to work as a team and interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day production in a high precision CNC machining environment.
• Lead machine setup processes and process improvement.
• Provide machine maintenance support and operator training as needed.
