This position is 2nd Shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday. This position includes a $2/hr shift differential.

Provide operational support to the assigned production area in order to achieve goals of the business unit. Responsible for facilitating day to day production in a high precision CNC machining environment. Scope of this role includes leading machine setup processes, process troubleshooting & improvement, machine maintenance support, ongoing operator training, and machine operation as needed. This is a hands on role that requires a high degree of mechanical aptitude and CNC troubleshooting skill. Good communication skills across various levels of the organization are required in order to be effective in this role.
