Eaton seeks a CNC Machinist in Lancaster, PA, to program and set up CNC machines, analyze drawings, and create accurate tool paths using Gibbs CAM and manual methods. The role includes verifying programs with the first parts and collaborating with Quality Control to resolve issues.

Required are a CNC Machinist associate degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience, or 5 years of CNC machining experience. On-site position with standard manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in CNC machining or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience or 2 years programming using CNC software and 5 years CNC machining.
• Location Lancaster, PA.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze drawings to determine program input data and tool paths.
• Set up machines and produce the first parts to verify program performance.
• Submit the first article to Quality Control and adjust from the CMM report.
• Ensure all programs and fixtures are error-free for CNC Operators.
