Job summary

Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions in Garden Grove is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for the 2nd shift to program, optimize, and maintain CNC/multi-axis milling and turning processes, plus Wire EDM. You will design tools and fixtures, and work with engineering and QA teams to improve production efficiency.

The role requires expertise in G-code/M-code, CAD/CAM tools, and advanced CNC software; prior experience in plastic manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in National Tool & Machining Association preferred.
• Certification in Manufacturing Skills Standards Council preferred.
• Must have 6+ years plastic manufacturing industry, CNC machining and programming preferred.
• Experience with solidworks, mastercam.cad/HCAM, G-Code and M-Code for CNC mills and lathe programming language and Mazaktrol - Griffo Bros CAMLink software is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, design, and optimize fabrication processes for production components and tooling.
• Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis mills and lathes and Wire EDM.
• Develop detailed CAD designs for tools, fixtures, and custom cutters.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, CNC production, and tooling technicians.
