Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Newnan, GA is seeking a CNC Programmer for the 3rd shift (10 hours, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM, Monday–Thursday). The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and optimizing CNC programs to support efficient manufacturing and reports to the Production Supervisor.

This position suits detail-oriented individuals who enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced setting and want a career with an industry leader.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related manufacturing, machining, or CNC programming experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and basic CNC programming documentation.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn manufacturing software, CAD systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using measurement tools such as tape measures, digital calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Effectively multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines while working with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the flexibility to cross-train and support other areas as needed.
