Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support aerospace manufacturing in Wichita, KS. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for high-precision aircraft components, ensuring conformance to blueprints and GD&T across 3-axis and 5-axis machines.

Responsibilities include programming on CNC centers, routers, and lathes, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience in manufacturing.
• Must read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong CNC programming and machining knowledge.
• Ability to uphold quality and precision in aerospace parts.
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, machine operation, and maintenance.
