Qualifications

• 10+ years CAD/CAM programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Experience programming CNC machining centers, lathes, and related equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of machining equipment, tooling, machine operation and basic maintenance.
• Understanding of safe manufacturing practices.
• Ability to interpret technical information and production requirements.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for precision plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC equipment including 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, and CNC routers.
• Use CAD/CAM systems to convert drawings and change orders into machine-ready G-code.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all programs reflect current revisions and specifications.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will:

• Program a variety of CNC manufacturing equipment, including:

  • 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers

  • CNC lathes

  • CNC routers

• Use CAD/CAM systems to convert engineering drawings and change orders into machine-ready G-code.

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure all machine programs reflect current engineering revisions and specifications.

• Program future production jobs while supporting active machining operations.

• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T requirements.

• Inspect and evaluate production parts to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications.

• Complete all required programming, production, and process documentation accurately and on time.

• Support the design, construction, repair, and improvement of fixtures, jigs, and specialty tooling.

• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of CAD/CAM programming experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong ability to read and interpret:
