Job summary

Graetz Mfg., Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC programmer to develop programs for milling, lathe, and multi‑axis machines in our production environment in Wisconsin.

You will create and maintain technical documentation, choose suitable machining materials, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production teams to ensure program accuracy while seeking continuous process improvements to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in G-code programming.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, especially Mastercam.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Select appropriate materials for machining operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
